Anyone know who designed it or when etc.?
I'm guessing it isn't an original.
Started seeing it online a few years ago and since its been on loads of tattoos etc.
Can't find any info online or whatever.

From Wiki.
The first, and only, known crest to be featured on a Thames Ironworks kit was the Union flag with Thames Ironworks initials ("TIWFC") surrounding it.
The original 'club crest' was the crossed hammers.

I like that shirt they wore yesterday... never buy a football shirt (as I'm an adult) nut I might pur-chase one of them... how do the sizes come up now?? have to work out if I'm a XL or an XXL...

i like the TIW shirt (yes thats the only 'crest' they had) but was hoping it'd be a bit thicker. It looks like a proper cotton rugby type shirt but it's thin as you like.

I keep saying it but the TIW shirt is fucking sublime.
Really glad I bought it. There'll probably be nothing as good as that shirt again for years and years.

Seen it on a few tees in the club shop, going back a couple of years...

roltrader, the kids ones are sponserless and needless to say it looks much better without 'BetWay' on it.
I'm a lanky 6ft 2in cunt though so there's no chance that I could get away with buying the kids shirt.
Still, even with the sponsor it's still a really nice smart/traditional shirt.
